Zethong Capital is a private family office in Hong Kong. We invest our own capital in healthcare, artificial intelligence, robotics and bonds.

Healthcare, AI and robotics describe business areas. Bonds are an asset class. We state both here so that founders, issuers and intermediaries can judge whether an introduction may be relevant.

We do not manage money for outside investors. A company's request for financing concerns its own capital raise; it is separate from placing money with the office.

Healthcare

An introduction should explain the product or service, who uses it and who pays for it. For clinical products, outline the stage of development and the evidence or approvals relevant to the intended market. State what the proposed financing would fund.

Artificial intelligence

Describe the customer problem and the role of AI in solving it. Useful information includes customer use, the rights to the data and technology, delivery costs and how people check the system's output. Separate demonstrated results from plans.

Robotics

Explain the task the robot performs and the conditions in which it works. Tell us whether the product is a prototype or in customer use. Include what you know about manufacturing, installation, maintenance and the capital needed for the next stage.

Bonds

A bond introduction should identify the issuer and summarise the currency, maturity, repayment terms and position in the capital structure. Include public issuer information or a non-confidential summary of the proposed issue. Sending terms does not imply that the office has agreed to subscribe.

Introducing a capital raise

An initial introduction should identify the company or issuer, its website, the area of activity, the amount and currency sought, and the intended use of funds. If you are an intermediary, explain your role.
